Ingredients: Organic Bladderwrack seaweed, Organic Irish Moss seaweed, Organic Moringa leaf, Organic Alfalfa leaf, Organic Lucuma fruit, Organic Baobab fruit, and Organic Canary seed, Organic Flax Seed.

Directions:
Comine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it warms.

0 to 3 months:
1 Tbsp Formula + 1 cup water + agave to taste.

3 to 6 months:
1 Tbsp Formula + 1/2 cup fruit (banana, avocado, etc) + 1 cup water or your choice of (oat, almond, hemp seed, cashew, sesame seed, rice, or coconut milk) + agave or sweetener of your choice.

6+ months:
Add to a smoothie of your choosing!
