    These meal plans are designed to avoid over buying ingredients. If you (for example) need broccoli in one recipe, the rest of that broccoli will be needed in the next one. Your meal plans can have as much (or as little) food variety as you desire.
     
    Each weekly meal plan consists of:
    1. 7 days of: 3 meals, 1 snack, 1 dessert/snack
    2. shopping list
    3. recipes for each meal
