Upon purchase of a Membership, you enter into a Membership Agreement with Moor Herbs, with you as the Member.
As a Member you are aware of and/or agree that:
* Moor Herbs is a Health and Wellness store, whose intent and mission is the Uplifting of Fallen Humanity, by providing healing remedies, in line with Biblical Law, for the benefit of God/Allah's Children.
* Our herbal products are made-to-order, for you, in a sanitary and clean production facility, licensed by the Moorish Science Temple, The Divine and National Movement of North America #13 The Moorish American National Republic, made by the hands of our talented ServSafe Manager, Healer, and Herbalist.
* Our ancestors successfully used herbs to reverse dis-ease and support health for 1000s of years. We've been making and selling herbal remedies for our Members and customers since March of 2015 and they've seen lots of success.
* All health claims on our herbal blends, oils, tinctures, and other products are based on anecdotal evidence and have not undergone clinical trials. The statements on this website and on our product labels have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products sold on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
* All sales are final! With one exception: In the case where Moor Herbs made an error (shipped incorrect item, shipped a defective item, or failed to ship an item) Moor Herbs will either issue a refund, exchange, or replacement.
* You agree to take the responsibility to educate yourself on the proper use of the herbal remedies you purchase by either consulting with our in-house nutritionist/herbalist, another nutritionist/herbalist, and/or self-study.
* You agree to consult your doctor or physician before taking our herbal remedies, if relevant to you.
* Your membership ends 1 year after purchase and can be renewed by purchasing another 1 year membership.
* Membership Terms of Service can change anytime. You will receive a notification within the Members Only area of our website.
