* 2 avocados * 15 dates * ~8 teaspoons Nutrients (adjust amount based on whatever you choose) (sea moss gel, liquid/powder multi-vitamin, etc) * 1 Tbsp lime juice * (optional) 1 Tbsp sweetener (Agave, Maple Syrup, or raw cane sugar) * < 64oz clean water or walnut/oat milk 1- Add all ingredients to the blender, adding the liquid last and only filling your blender carafe all the up to the 64 oz line. 2- Blend on highest speed until the mixture is completely smooth. You might have to run the blender up to 3 times. You will know it's ready when the carafe is slightly warm to the touch. 3- Can be stored in fridge for up tp 4 days or in freezer up to 3 months.
